Repair Services:

We stand by our work and oftentimes will warranty service completed. If there is any issue with your watch, please reach out to us as soon as possible. 

• Once an inspection and quote has been approved by the customer, we reserve the right to bill for that particular service. 
• If the watch is requested to be returned before the service is completed, we are not responsible for any warranty of said service.

Sales of Vintage or Handmade Items:

• We do not typically take returns of vintage or handmade items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. 

Sale of Other Items:

• We offer returns on select items within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer shipping services for returns. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if appropriate. Please contact us regarding your return.
